Information for Rally Exhibitors

General Rally Judging Information:
Rally judging moves swiftly. Exhibitors should be on deck when the team before them is in the ring. For exhibitors who are showing more than one dog, every effort has been made to avoid conflicts; however, in the event a conflict exists, we have asked our judges to be as accommodating as possible without inconveniencing other exhibitors. If you think you will have a conflict, please notify the ring stewards as early as possible.
Check-In and Exhibitor Numbers:
Check-in times will be in your information booklet. All judging will begin at 8:00 AM each day. Stickers will be used for exhibitor numbers.
Judges Briefing /Walk Through / Course Copies:
The judge's briefing and walk through will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. Copies of each course will be distributed when checking in at ringside.
Warm-Up Ring:
There will be a practice ring available for the use of Rally Exhibitors from when the building opens on Saturday until the conclusion of Rally judging on Sunday. Mild corrections will be allowed in the practice ring. Please be courteous to your fellow exhibitors by being mindful of the time you are spending in the practice ring.
